• Manage Existing and New Customer info.

Products:

Inventory Stock Refill:

• ​Used to remind Managers when stock is low on any given product
• Includes by: Quantity, Batch, Expiry Date

Inventory Adjustments:

• ​Used to track production adjustments for each Inventory Item

Sales Orders:

• ​A place for Sales Reps to enter Orders

Sales Loads:

• ​Load Delivery Reports include: Product info, Units, Weight, Load Slip #, Customer Signature, Delivery Time, Delivery Slip, Shipper Info
• Total Load Weight is also provided

Reports:

• ​Include: Sales Summary Report, Product Sales Report, Sales Manager Report, Inventory Report
• Note: there is no limit to reports in Beer-OMS that we can create for clients with special needs

User Options:

• ​Users can change their passwords regularly

Admin Options:

• ​Select Tab for: Categories, Container Types, Shippers, Payment Modes, Users, Change Password

Container Types:

• ​Pre-defined types include: Bottle, Can, Keg, Pet
• New types can be added

Container Rates:

• ​Pre-defined types include: Dozen Private Bottles, Single Pet, Single 5 litre, Single Can or Bottle, Dozen MLCC Bottles, Dozen Private Cans, Single Private Keg 58.67 litres
• New containers can be added
• Containers and Rates can be edited

Shippers:

• ​Pre-defined types include: Pickup, Truck A, Truck B...
• New shippers can be added as needed
• Shippers are editable

Payment Modes:

• ​Pre-defined mode include: Cash, Cheque, Credit Card
